Terms of Use for Nova aveola: Daily Orbit

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using Nova aveola: Daily Orbit on iOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.

Nova aveola: Daily Orbit is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

2. Service

Nova aveola: Daily Orbit provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Companion targets (for example widgets or additional Apple platforms in the same product) are part of the same licence when Apple distributes them with the app.

3. User conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer the binary except to the extent a statute forbids that restriction, and you will not use the app to store or transmit content you do not have rights to handle.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping the device and Apple ID secure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nina Keller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Switzerland.

Entire agreement

Pre-release notes, marketing screenshots and reviews are not additional warranties. The store listing, this page and the Privacy Policy are the public contract surface for Nova aveola: Daily Orbit.
